 How does it work?
Simple. You sign your club, association or organisation to our service and we will match interested
advertisers who will sponsor your SMS messages via advertising on them.
You get Free SMS and a tool which allows you to send SMS and the advertiser gets to promote their
brand or message to your members - WIN - WIN!
The more information you provide us on our sign up page, the more chance advertisers will sponsor your free SMS.
You can only receive free SMS if an advertiser is prepared to advertise to your club, association or organisation. When a match is not immediately available then clubs/assoc/organisations that have signed up will be put on a waiting list until a suitable advertiser comes along. This goes for advertisers as well.
Once clubs/assoc/organistions have been matched with a suitable advertiser - they get a login to our SMS tool and an allottment of free texts. Clubs/assoc/organisations will then be able to upload all their member's contact details onto our database which will allow them to begin sending SMS to their members. Our software tools allow users to organise their contact lists into groups (much the same way an email program does) so users can send SMS messages to individuals, groups or certain groups only. It's easy and its totally up to you how you organise your SMS sending.
For example, you may be a soccer team that has 600 members made up of 30 teams. Each team has a team manager. You could organise to have a login for the whole club to enable you to send SMS messages to the whole club and you could also provide each team manager with a login to our SMS tool so they can use it to notify their particular team.
Imagine a team manager being able to send a text out to the parents of the kids on their team "Training cancelled tonight due to bad weather"
How much better than email is that! It's immediate and everyone gets it at once.
